What people ask before they book Grey Eagle
Is Grey Eagle in Calgary?
It is addressed as Calgary and sits minutes from downtown, but the land is Tsuut'ina Nation territory outside the city's boundaries, at 37 Street SW and Glenmore Trail. The Tsuut'ina Nation owns and operates it.
How many rooms does the hotel have?
Travel-trade listings consistently say 178. The resort's own site does not publish a count.
Is the pool open?
No. As of 22 October 2026 the resort says the swimming pool is closed due to casino renovations, with complimentary access to Killarney and Glenmore Pools for registered guests via the Front Desk.
What is the minimum age for the casino?
18 in Alberta, set by AGLC, with government photo ID. The Buffet is inside the casino and is therefore 18+ too.
Is there a poker room?
The resort's current casino page lists Ultimate Texas Hold'em and Three Card Poker as table games and does not advertise a dedicated poker room, so we make no claim.
Is parking free?
Yes, the resort lists free and secure parking for guests.
Can I get there by CTrain?
No station at the resort. The last leg to Grey Eagle is a taxi, rideshare or the resort's shuttle to select locations.
How do I book a show-night dinner at Little Chief?
On concert nights reservations are by phone (403-719-8777) or email (littlechief@greyeagle.ca) rather than OpenTable.
What happens when I send a room request here?
Our booking desk confirms availability and the current rate with the hotel's reservations team or our travel partner and replies by email, usually within one working day. The booking is completed with the hotel or the partner; we never take card details.
Is this the hotel's official website?
No. This is an independent review and booking-request site; the publisher is named in the footer of every page. The hotel's official site is greyeagleresortandcasino.ca.
