Room types at Grey Eagle, and which to request

Each room has its own page with the resort's description, who it suits and a request form preset to that room. The resort describes the hotel as a 4-star property; rooms are divided into Standard rooms and Luxury suites.
In-room and hotel amenities
From the resort's hotel page at the time of writing: 24-hour fitness centre; outdoor hot tub and sauna; free, secure parking; shuttle service to select locations; s'mores kits and firepit services; board games; a gaming room with a PS5, bookable at the Front Desk; business centre with a complimentary computer and Wi-Fi; printing and scanning of up to five pages at the Front Desk; a complimentary newspaper in the lobby; meeting, banquet and wedding facilities.
Pool: closed for now
The resort states the swimming pool is closed due to casino renovations, with complimentary access to Killarney and Glenmore Pools for registered guests, arranged through the Front Desk. No reopening date was published when we checked on 22 October 2026.
Rates
We do not print nightly rates: they change with the concert calendar and the season. Event nights cost more; mid-week autumn nights are the quiet bargain. Send a room request and we reply with the current rate for your exact dates.
Three ways to book
- Room request on this site. We confirm availability and the rate with the hotel's reservations team or our travel partner and reply by email. No card details here.
- Directly with the resort. 403-719-8777 or toll-free 1-844-719-8777, reservations@greyeagle.ca, or the booking engine on greyeagleresortandcasino.ca. Packages such as the Concert Night Getaway are sold directly.
- Through a booking site. Fine for comparing nightly rates; packages and some room types tend not to show there.
