About the Nation

The resort's own pages say Elders interpret "Tsuut'ina" as "many people" or "beaver people"; the nation was formerly known as the Sarcee and is connected to the Dene Nation through language, culture and territory. The resort states it supports Indigenous businesses and artists and works with local organisations on cultural experiences and tourism.
