Responsible gaming in Alberta
If the floor stops being fun, here is who to call
Grey Eagle's casino floor is regulated by AGLC, Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis. The minimum age is 18, and the resort's own pages carry AGLC's reminder to gamble responsibly along with a GameSense link. We repeat it because a casino hotel site without it would be incomplete.
Signs it has stopped being entertainment
- Spending more time or money than planned, more than once.
- Going back to win back losses.
- Borrowing, hiding spending, or missing commitments because of play.
- Feeling restless or low when you cannot play.

Self-exclusion
AGLC runs a Self-Exclusion Program through selfexclusion.ca, contact 1-844-468-8034 or se@aglc.ca. Enrolment has been online only since January 2022: your details exactly as on government ID, an email, a phone and a photograph. Terms run six months, one, two or three years, and you can choose the scope, including Alberta casinos.
Alberta has no single 24/7 gambling-specific line; the AHS number above is the round-the-clock option that covers problem gambling.
